Michael Air jordan makes his return to the hardwood in NBA 2K11 featuring Jordan specific challenge and career modes. Wooooo I mean this is going to be epic to see MJ back in the game!
If you’ve been following the NBA gaming news over the past few months, you’ll know that NBA 2K11 is repping Jordan in a big way. Not only is Michael Jordan the cover athlete for NBA 2K11, but for the first time on next-gen consoles gamers will finally be able to use him within the gameplay.
NBA 2K11 gives you the chance to play as Jordan through some of his classic performances in a “Jordan Challenge” mode. Some of the unforgettable games you’ll be able to re-live include: dropping 63 against Boston in the playoffs, “The Shrug” game against Portland, the “Double Nickel” against the Knicks and “The Flu Game” in the 1997 Finals vs. the Jazz.
Gamers will also be given the chance to play as Jordan from rookie to retirement in the “MJ: Creating a Legend” mode. You’ll start off with Jordan as a rookie – and you can place him onto any team. Whether you want to start him off on a team in need of some serious help, put him back on the Bulls, or pair him with another star to create an everlasting dynasty – it’s your choice.
